Q: What is the teacher child ratio?

A; For 3 years olds-1 teacher to 9 children and for 4 year olds- 1 teacher to 10 children. The Kindergarten class has a maximum of 9 children with 1 teacher.

 

Q: Is there an assistant in the classroom?

A: Yes -there is one assistant.

Q: Are there ½ day and full day schedules?

A: Yes

Q: Do the children have to be potty-trained?

A: Yes

Q. Is snack provided for my child?

A: You bring your own snacks from home (due to many allergies)

Q: Can my child bring a toy from home?

A: Your child may bring a comfort toy and leave it in the backpack and cubby. There are opportunities provided in which your child can bring a special toy for Show & Tell.

Q: How do you communicate with families?

A: There are monthly newsletters sent via email and hard copy, as well as, reminder emails and notes specifically from the child’s teacher.

Q: What is the security at school?

A: The school is locked with a buzzer to press. There are cameras facing the parking lot, playground, halls and all purpose room. Visitors, also, must sign in when they enter the building.

Q: What is the protocol for severe weather closings?

A: You will be notified of any closings on the News/Radio and on our Social Media (Facebook/Instagram)

Q: Is there a Nurse on staff at school?

A: We do not have a Nurse on the premises, but contact a Nurse consultant for any questions and/or concerns.

Q: How do I pay tuition?

A: We encourage a free service of ‘bill pay’ from your bank mailed to us or a personal check.
